ぼちぼち決着がつきそうです。Ｃｙｐｒｅｓｓ社によりますと、５月中旬ごろには新しいコンパイラがリリースされるようです。wktk　待ちましょう。

We are in the process of upgrading the complimentary C compiler that ships with PSoC Designer. We expect to have this available in just a few weeks (mid May). Service Pack 4a does not include a free C compiler. The new compiler will be available soon. Thanks for your patience and your interest in PSoC Designer.
